STUDENT SERVICES OFFICE

Student administration and services at North Karelia University of Applied Sciences are available mainly in the Student Services Office. The office of students' own degree programme is responsible, among other things, for study certificates, receiving financial aid applications and transcripts of the records - in Sortavala, Tikkarinne and Wärtsilä, however, all student services are available in the Student Services Office. The Student Services Office is there for you to assist with your studies.

Among other things, the following services are available in the Student Services Office:
- enrolment
- student registers and study certificates
- matters related to financial aid (Financial Aid Committee, distributing applications to Centre for
Student Financial Aid, information about financial aid, monitoring the progress of studies)
- transcripts of the records of credits
- degree certificates
- statistics
- editing the Student Guide and Academic Year Info as well as selling the Student Guide
- study counselling
- information about applications, joint applications, student selections
- forms for resignation
- optional studies for all Polytechnic students etc.
