FINANCIAL AID COMMITTEE


Based on the law for student benefits (21.1.94/65 9 §), there has to be a Financial Aid Committee at each institution of higher education. The task of the Committee is to define general evaluation principles for pursuing fulltime studies and progressing in studies at each institution of higher education as well as to provide, either on its own initiative or at Kela's (The Social Insurance
Institution) or a student's request, statements how the above mentioned principles have been fulfilled. The regulations of the Financial Aid Committee can be found in Appendix.
